SCADA Systems

The DMA has designed and developed this SCADA system based on a PCB-based PLC architecture. The field hardware consists of weatherproof enclosure boxes equipped with video monitors that serve as Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs). The SCADA system is equipped with various types of sensors and input/output (I/O) PCBs integrated into a PLC-based bus architecture. This configuration functions as a Distributed Control System (DCS), enabling automated process control and supervisory monitoring by remote operators. The system facilitates the acquisition of field data, centralized monitoring, and remote supervisory control of the automated process.
